Qolenix instructors are certified yoga professionals but are not medical doctors or licensed healthcare providers. Their recommendations are based on general wellness principles and should not replace professional medical advice. If you have specific health concerns or conditions, please consult with appropriate healthcare professionals.

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that you are in suitable physical condition to engage in yoga and wellness activities, or you have received clearance from your healthcare provider to participate. You release Qolenix from any liability related to your participation in our programs.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through Qolenix services, including but not limited to instructional videos, written materials, audio content, images, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Qolenix or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content without express written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Qolenix regarding our services become our property, and we may use such feedback without compensation or acknowledgment. You retain ownership of any personal content you upload or share through our services, but you grant us a license to use this content as necessary to provide our services.

If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately with detailed information about the alleged infringement so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Payment and Subscription Terms

Qolenix offers various subscription plans and pricing options. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or as required by applicable law.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted during the guarantee period and are subject to verification.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing and subscription terms with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent billing periods unless you cancel your subscription.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qolenix and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Qolenix in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without notice. Qolenix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or violation of our community guidelines.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and all associated data. However, certain provisions of these terms, including those related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution, will survive termination.

If you terminate your subscription, you will continue to have access to our services until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods except as specified in our refund policy.
