Our instructors provide clear, step-by-step guidance with visual demonstrations, and every movement has beginner, intermediate, and advanced modifications. You'll progress at your own comfortable pace.
This is one of our specialties! We design sessions where everyone can participate meaningfully regardless of mobility or flexibility differences. Partner poses can be adapted so one person uses a chair while the other stands, breathing exercises work for all ability levels, and we focus on the connection and shared experience rather than perfect alignment.
You need very little to start! A comfortable chair and a small space to move are the basics. If you'd like, a yoga mat provides extra cushioning, and a couple of pillows or cushions can be helpful for support.
